In spite of efforts, when it comes to child pornography the Internet is getting worse, according to a United Nations expert. In media reports, Najat M’jid Maalla has said there are more than 4 million websites featuring images of children being sexually exploited. She said there are more than 750,000 people using these sites at any given time.

This numbers are shocking. The big question is what do we do? Maalla has said there needs to be international cooperation. She says countries need to share information about these sites so they can be blocked faster.

The thing with the Internet is that you never know when you will accidentally click into a website that you don’t want to visit.
